Leading the Learning & Development department for various International brands in all Saudi Arabi such as Tommy Hilfiger, Skechers, Juicy Couture, Aeropostale, Austin Reed, Beverly Hills Polo Club, Calvin Klein, Baby Center. Etc. under the umbrella of Apparel Group.
I am taking care of many areas as per below mentioned:
• Leading the training team in 3 the regions in KSA.
• Managing Apparel Training Center in Riyadh. (Male & Female)
• Conduct orientation sessions and arrange on-the-job training for new hires.
• Conduct the training programs for Area Managers, Store Managers, Sales Assistants.
• Develop testing and evaluation procedures.
• Confer with management and conduct surveys to identify training needs based on projected production.
• processes, changes, and other factors.
• Develop and organize training manuals, multimedia visual aids, and other educational materials.
• Plan, develop, and provide training and staff development programs, using knowledge of the effectiveness of methods such as classroom training, demonstrations, on-the-job training, meetings, conferences, and workshops.
• Analyze training needs to develop new training programs or modify and improve existing programs.
• Review and evaluate training and apprenticeship programs for compliance with government standards.
• The essential functions include the following:
• Delivering group and individual instruction and training covering a range of technical, operational, and/or management areas in a specified field
• Developing training curricula and recommending or utilizing vendor programs meeting instructional goals and objectives
• Coordinating administrative functions necessary to deliver and document training programs
• Evaluating effectiveness of training and development programs, and utilizing relevant evaluation data to revise or recommend changes in instructional objectives and methods
• Assisting in analyzing and assessing training and development needs for individuals, departments, and/or external organizations.
• Reviewing instructor performance and recommending improvements to program content and/or instructor presentation methods. May recruit, select, and train instructors.
• Potentially leading and training staff who performing related work
• Potentially participating in the recruitment of volunteers as appropriate
• Meet with managers and supervisors to ascertain needs.
• Hold meetings and presentations on learning material.
• Plan, organize, and implement a range of training activities.
• Train new hires as well as veteran employees.
• Conduct orientation sessions to assess level of skills.
• Create monitored simulations and problem-solving scenarios.
• Create interactive, multimedia presentations.
• Hold workshops and lectures.
Follow-up sales representatives in different areas & action plans of their own, and what has
been achieved targets,
• Marketing and distribution of the product to companies and institutions that want to get the
product,
• Work plans that help cover the largest possible area to identify the product,
• Reporting monthly results, which have been achieved.
• Documentation of a database of names of customers
