Highlights:
❖ Developed and executed a digital transformation vision and roadmap which transformed multiple legacy systems into an international ERP and HCM implementations throughout the organization along with its business standards and best practices.
❖ Scanned the international ERP market to identify the most appropriate ERP system for the group, with a history of reducing over 30% of implementation cost by means of a good preparation for the proof of concept (POC) scenario.

❖ Leading the design with proper implementation of transformational strategies, execution roadmaps, governance structures, policies, processes, procedures across the IT and business lifecycle.
❖ Responsible for PMO functional and business requirements; project planning; defining project scope, goals and deliverables in liaison
with team members and stakeholders on an on-going basis.
❖ Leading the implementation through management of portfolio, program, project governance frameworks, and developing appropriate
reporting tools for delivering value.
❖ Providing subject matter expertise and leading edge-thinking on trends, methodologies, tools, techniques that will be useful to ERP

Highlights:
❖ Implemented Microsoft Dynamics across several business verticals (Manufacturing, trading, logistics, and real estate), besides implementing a Handheld application (SalesBuzz), developed KPIs, metrics, and dashboards to measure business performance and efficiency, which led to an increase in the profit by more than 18%.
❖ Built an integrated automated commission management system to all sales representatives that functionally offers precise tracking sale’s incentives, calculate the desired commission based on a complex and multiple business formulas, in order to improve the effectiveness of the sales operation in terms of sales plan, actual sales and the collection periods.
❖ We were the first company in Saudi Arabia that implemented Oracle Fusion HCM system integrated with Saudi regulations, alongside performing the required customizations that suit each business vertical; digital transformation, performance management, succession planning, training management, and retention management.

❖ Spearheaded the Microsoft Dynamics Implementation Services that empowered people to work effectively, managed change, and competed globally.
❖ Applied technical expertise and utilized Microsoft Dynamics Sure Step Methodology by generating functional requirements document (FRD), enterprise design document (EDD) and GAP analysis document.
❖ Achieved ERP implementation - project expectations; critical path resolving project dependencies, risks and tracked project milestones and deliverables.
❖ Ensure that key milestones are reached, and compare actual performance against planned/scheduled performance.
