· Monitor and follow up on the execution of Aramex training initiatives (theoretical and practical training) including the basic training program for new hires.
· Provides support to local staff in the development of the Training Needs Analysis and the training plans.
· Implementing & assessing Egypt station annual training plan and providing regular feedback to the Senior HRBP and the global L&D Manager if needed for any remedial action.
