- Confer with business owners to study their needs and analyze their requirements to determine the best IT solution that delivers the highest levels of effectiveness and efficiency.
- Automate business processes and procedures using customized or commercial software applications and packages.
- Design and develop database objects required for software systems implementation and maintenance/updates.
- Design and develop computer applications based on business requirements.
- Reverse-engineer legacy systems in order to capture business logic needed to modernize such systems
- Write, update, and maintain computer applications to handle specific jobs.
- Set the development and implementation plans for new projects.

The role covers the analysis & support of the company’s
infrastructure. The supported systems were Microsoft Exchange
Server 2010, Microsoft SQL Server 2008, Microsoft Windows
Server 2008 and Microsoft Active Directory. The role mainly
revolved around the employees’ needs and the creation and
maintenance of new accounts and emails as well as ad-hoc
development requirements using Microsoft .NET technologies.
Repsonible for analyzing, troubleshooting and developing different Billing and Customer Relationships Management systems in Vodafone Egypt. The role requires engagement in multiple platforms including UNIX, Oracle and Middleware systems.
Responsible for developing business solutions for company customers.
