EMEA Customer Services (CMC) Senior Manager, Oracle, Cairo, October 2006 till present
Heading South Europe Customer Services and Partner Services Management in Mid East & Africa & Managing a team of highly skilled professionals who handle Oracle Partner Services throughout Europe, Mid East & Africa (EMEA):
• Align Partner Service Program with EMEA Customer Management (CM) Framework.
• Participate in developing EMEA Partner Services business plan.
• Modify Partner Service Program components.
• Create new partner services models.
• Develop MEA Partner Services Plan.
• Coach Customer engagement in South Europe assigned to my team.
• Partner Services Program liaison with MEA CM management team.
• Evaluate nominated partners from regions. Assign a partner Services Manager from my team to a new partner.
• Work with regional Customer Management on underperforming Partners to get them back on track or to disengage with them.
• Align MEA Partner Services with Alliances &Channels, ACS and Oracle University.
• Manage the additions and removal of Partners within MEA.
• Guide unmanaged partners to Oracle Support Services best practices.
• Review plans of managed Customer and Partners assigned to my team.
• Set team objectives and goals
• Initiate & implement Team Skills Development Plan
• Monitor & measure Team Performance
• Review team progress with regional CM
• Manage team of customer services managers that mange more than 40 accounts in South Eroupe.
