• Analyze the existing retail sites ( Fuel & Lubes Sales Volume & NFB progress).
• Develop and execute Non-fuel Retail partnerships to provide back-court solutions for the network including partnerships and alliances with convenience stores, quick-serve restaurants, coffee offerings and car workshop/service providers with the objective of providing a complete, consistent and high quality offer to consumers, increasing value proposition of the gas station sites to station owners, addressing the growing demand for service and convenience, and leading consumers to associate OLA Energy Egypt gas stations with a family of leading brands.
• Develop and deploy of NFB shaping plan/road map. Review every year and revise if necessary.
• Coordination of site design to optimize for Capex, Opex and traffic flow, and ensuring seamless site conversion. Align re-imaging (20/20) of sites with NFB stores.
• Training of retail and support staff to leverage partnership to drive network and volume growth
• Coordinate with Retail Partnerships Specialist, Retail Operations to develop and execute marketing promotions to increase fuel and store sales through joint promotion.
• Coordinate any issues/challenges between the Caltex retailer and NFR partner until resolution. Example, dirty toilets/not working facilities of Caltex site wherein NFR customer is complaining, traffic flow and parking issues,
• Getting new retail site opportunity (Lease sites or Acquisition Sites) to increase the number of retail site all over the government.

• Prepare with the Commercial Portfolio Manager the lease renewal plans reports
• Lease renewal Management
• Submit to Zone investment analyst the data for analysis (RIB runs).
• Initiate the lease contracts with Legal advisors
• Submit to GCMS the relevant CIFs of all agreements.
• Submit to Vendor Master all the landlord's data.
• Involve into the Negotiations process with landlords, submit proposals for endorsement, liaise with legal and prepare option contracts (3 party Lease)
• Lease Database Coordination - leads data integrity / alignment for global commercial and property database, including working across organizations (Integrated Regions, Planning, Global Projects and Commercial)
• Involved into the negotiation of asset sales and divestments
• Prepare and follow-up the auction needed for an asset sales.

• Ensure that rental payments are made promptly and in line with agreements
• Ensure data integrity on GCMS/Siterra for LR & Divestments.
• Support new Global Commercial strategies, including confidential projects
• Assists the Commercial Portfolio Manager in development of management reviews, with Planning, and supporting documentation; assist with lease database updates for EM executed transactions
• Key interface with Commercial Portfolio Managers, Commercial Advisors and Strategic Planning for opportunity identification and capture
• Develops and updates key reports on commercial deliverables and / or critical dates, including interface with Planning to ensure data alignment / reporting

• Provide Lube Country Manager with the appropriate level of analytical support to ensure understanding of the key business drivers and help translate these drivers into actionable plans
• Assist in-country lube management in reviewing territory designs and resource deployments for appropriate workload and opportunity management
• Assist in process to identify B & C accounts for turnover to Distributors, and customers for consideration by Strategic Accounts Team
• Monitor and track sales force efficiency and effectiveness (sales rep time analysis) in context of territory design and alignment, customer interface needs (face -to-face, TAR) and administrative workload and travel time analysis
• Evaluate pipeline potential and ensure resource balancing against pipeline opportunities. Validate alignment with Marketing industry/sector focus
• Perform ad-hoc analysis/presentation for Lube Cluster Manager
• Support P&B / O&S development and scorecard reporting
• Work under Zone Sales Development Specialist coordination to harmonize / standardize business analysis activities performed in country
• Facilitate implementation of canned/standard Sales reports in cluster
• Enable local organization to use standard reports to track business performances on a monthly basis
• Deploy necessary tools & processes to aid business analysis and trends
• Provide specific data on request at Zone and Local level

• Key interfaces are concerned positions in Sales, Marketing, Law, Treasurer’s and/or other L&S or corporate functions involved in contract reviews and/or approval.
• Provide guidance and assistance to Sales Rep on the requirements of the Global Contract Administration Process and/or Global Sales Contracting Guidelines. Acting as Subject Matter Expert (SME), provide ad-hoc training or training materials as required.
• Maintain standard contract templates and letters and populate them (include amendments and termination letters) based on Sales Rep request and guidance ensuring POA signatures or all necessary contract signatories are obtained.
• Send GT&C to customers not requiring dual-signed contracts, including annual GT&C mailing.
• Update standard contract wording for non-standard contracts, coordinate and obtain functional reviews and endorsements (based on contract value), incorporate revisions based on such reviews, final review with Sales Rep, and ensure POA signatures or all necessary contract signatories are obtained.
• Assist Sales Rep in preparing and obtaining endorsement of risk acceptance when required. Ensure such customers receive GT&C.
• File and maintain contract records, perform periodic reconciliation between contract database and hardcopy. Update contract database and generate required reports.
• Track all contract requests including status, review/endorsements and expiry dates.
• Monitor outstanding offers, contract & risk acceptance expiration and notify Sales Rep.
• Periodically identify evergreen and auto-renewal contracts and notify Sales Reps for actions.
• Provide data from contract database for contracting plan.
• Identify customers annually that exceed revenue materiality threshold and do not have contracts or risk acceptances and notify Sales Reps for actions.
• Perform any other projects and/or responsibilities required locally and/or deemed appropriate by the Sales Operations Supervisor

• Selling all the Sport Event of ART Sport to all the TV channels in North Africa and Middle East and Traveling to Negotiate with the customers until we reach to the Final Deal.
• Prepare Data Base of all the Sport Event that we have include the Contract Duration of Each Event, the Condition of Each and the Starting Date of Each Event.
• Prepare Date base of the entire customer that we deal and Update in case we Deal with new Customer.
• Inform all the Other Department about any Deal made and Coordinate with the Legal Department to made A Contract.-Coordinate with the technical Department to be sure that the signal was delivered to the customer on time.
• Follow up with customer regarding any Deal has been made to collect the amount of the Deal.
• Coordinate with the financial department to settle all the financial issue of Each Customer.
