• Analyze the existing retail sites ( Fuel & Lubes Sales Volume & NFB progress).
• Develop and execute Non-fuel Retail partnerships to provide back-court solutions for the network including partnerships and alliances with convenience stores, quick-serve restaurants, coffee offerings and car workshop/service providers with the objective of providing a complete, consistent and high quality offer to consumers, increasing value proposition of the gas station sites to station owners, addressing the growing demand for service and convenience, and leading consumers to associate OLA Energy Egypt gas stations with a family of leading brands.
• Develop and deploy of NFB shaping plan/road map. Review every year and revise if necessary.
• Coordination of site design to optimize for Capex, Opex and traffic flow, and ensuring seamless site conversion. Align re-imaging (20/20) of sites with NFB stores.
