Working as specialists Maintenance / Project Manager for Optimization of Maintenance and Inspection process on their three OFFSHORE Platforms, One LNG facility, One Onshore refinery, booster stations and pipelines.
Duties and responsibilities,
1.Leading Risk Based Inspection department consist of 113 Staff of different discipline, such as;
−RBI Engineers, Corrosion, Metallurgy, Mech., Elec., Instr., HSE Engineers
−Auto CAD Draftsman
−Technical Assistance
2.As a Project Manager; was responsible for carrying out different phases of RBI project execution.
3.Study of Clients facilities including data (drawing and document gathering) for further RBI process.
4.Making Engineering Drawing and Documents in Auto CAD such as;
−Making PFD, P&IDs, Isometrics etc
−Establish Corrosion Circuits in accordance with API.
−Transform Corrosion Circuits into Auto Cad Drawing.
−Dead Legs drawing in Auto CAD as part of Dead Legs management.
5.Managing Corrosion Management software VAILSOFT;
−Building a comprehensive database for RBI of client’s facility.
−Making Drawing documents (such as PFD, P&ID, ISOs etc); for association with VAILSOFT
−Customizing VAILPLANT in accordance with client’s requirements.
−Train client’s staff and or provide services project completion.
6.As-built clients drawing; as part of MOC and upload into Corrosion Management Software.
7.Reassessments of Old RBI and establish a comprehensive new RBI

Detailed yearly modular shutdown schedule (bar chart) for the equipment (shall become due) based on Modular Shutdown schedule.
Maintenance Projects like, Up gradation, replacement and Major Overhauling under the supervision of OEM
Reviewing requirements pertaining to planned/unplanned shutdowns and overhauls.
Day to Day Maintenance including in-house Modification Projects.
Establish work priorities in consultation with Operation and Maintenance.
Follow up on implementation of maintenance schedules and ensuring the logging of actual man-hours spent and the regular updating of outstanding maintenance works as backlog

- Reviewing all Plant Modification Projects at different stages of Design and co-ordination with relevant engineer.

- Preparation of tender documents to Contract out large projects. Tender clarifications and evaluation, bids and contract finalization.

Provision of Different Access Platforms at various Plant Locations on DAS-Island, UAE with Abu Dhabi Gas Liquefaction Company(ADGAS) as Planning & Cost Control Engineer
