CURRENT RESPONSIBILITIES
1) Managing 5-10 teams consisting of 5-10 people;
2) Audit services: design and implement effective auditing, reviewing companies financial statements, preparing overall analytical review, preparing report on audit results, identify significant deficiency in internal controls and prepare recommendations to eliminate, preparation of the engagement related documentation and engagements budget, ERP control, negotiations with the clients, management meetings, and prepare presentations on audit results.
3) Client consultation - consult clients in accounting and implementing IFRS, including valuation of complex financial instruments (derivatives, options etc.), accounting of business combinations (mergers and aquisitions), valuation of the companies long term assets and investments in accordance with IFRS 13 (fair value) and IAS 36 (value in use) based on discounted cash flow calculations.
