Accomplished tasks:
• Collect all project information and data: Contract, specifications, standards, deliverables...)
• Develop a rigorous baseline schedule with Primavera P6, define the resources needed to meet the project
deadlines, and develop the work budget.
• Follow-up of the schedule, control of expenses, to ensure the project is completed within the budget.
• Production of KPIs and S-curve for project management, and drafting of internal and external daily,
weekly and monthly reports.
• Assist the project team in the execution of tasks and facilitate coordination meetings.
• Creation of scenarios to catch up on recorded delays and validation with the project team
• Production of a PMS (Project measurment system) and analysis of the critical path as well as the
schedules of the partners and subcontractors

Accomplished tasks:
• Analyze the contract clauses and plan the execution programs of the work to mobilize human and
material resources.
• Control the conformity of the schedules of the various EPC participants and manage the relations and the
communication between them.
• Define the methods necessary for the management and control of deadlines
• Ensure the respect of the organization and the harmonization of the means (human, technical, financial...)
with the objectives set by the project management.
• Prepare and present KPIs performance reports.
• Anticipate, study and analyze deviations and identify the consequences in terms of delays and failures.
• Establish the project budget and ensure compliance with it and the deadlines.
• Control the conformity of the schedules of the various stakeholders and manage the relations and
communication between them.
• Define the methods and resources necessary for the management and control of deadlines
• Manage, monitor and control costs, prepare forecasts for each capital project authorization request with
explanation of variances and appropriate corrective measures taken in order to meet the approved budget.
Project: Construction of 32 lodging in Batna, Algeria.
Accomplished tasks:
• Coordinate the work of field work supervisors and ensure safety standards
• Checking the cost estimates of the work presented by the design office
• Checking attachments and invoices and accounts
