•• Every order of prescription lens & contact lens receives from outlets with generated DC.
• Check the order receipt from the showroom with software entry DC generated by showroom
• Quality checking has to be done before processing the order as per mentioned in job details like frame type, lens type, measurement and marking should be verified.
• Order processing: Place the prescription and contact lens orders with respective vendors, Enter the prescription & contact lens orders in stores package, Arrange the orders in respective trays, Receive the order from vendors, make the stock entry in stores package, Issues the lenses to workshop for fitting, Received the ready order from workshop, Prepare Dc from stores package, send orders to branches with generated DC from stores package.
• Data entry in stores package : Entry of orders receive from showroom, purchase order to vendors, receipt entries of lenses from vendors, issue to workshop for fitting, receipt of ready jobs from workshop, issue to showroom, generate DC from stores package.
• Check the mails from the branches for day delivery schedule, should be inform to the branches immediately for any breakage or delay of the delivery schedule.
• Pending order to the branches should be informed at the end of the day when it will get ready whether it is delay or breakage.
• Follow up with vendor to get ready of pending order.
• Courier order to be given with dispatch letter to the respective Client, Showrooms and POD number of the courier jobs to be mailed to the branches every day.
• Delivery the ready jobs to the branches at the end of the day with invoices.
• Mail & Telephonic communication with vendors, outlets for placing orders and updating of delay order
• Maintaining the Stock level & prepare & submit monthly report to the executive manager.
• Reports to be submitted at every month with all invoices form stores package to the executive manager.
• Conducting meeting and group discussion at every month regarding improvement in services, sales, successful collaboration with the vendors, suppliers and finding new ways to satisfy the needs of our guest and finding new methods to increase our sales.
• Come up with new ideas and suggestions wherever necessary in the interest of the company.
