Produce concept boards of images for feedback and approval from the
Clients, which capture the intended look with regard to the architectural
function and mass, color, finishing materials, and lighting.
producing high quality project design deliverables from concept design stage
all the way to the building permit and IFC drawings.
Ensuring all Drawings are compliant with the authorities regulations and
Manage permitting process/response to comments.
Prepare and review preliminary designs, working drawings, specifications and
cost estimates related to the project.
Provide finish selections including color palettes, carpet and wall finishes,
lighting and other various interior selections.
Provides technical expertise in development or review of policies and
procedures in relation to architectural structures and systems and
construction/safety codes.
Reviews Subcontractor's shop drawings to ensure compliance with
specifications and contract agreements by checking them for technical
accuracy according to accepted guidelines.
Work with/assist other Architects and making recommendations or any other
assistance required.
Liaising with clients to ensure all issues are addressed in a timely manner,
and that project requirements are met.
Acting as a mentor to new Architects and helping them fine-tune their design
skills and improve their industry knowledge.
Networking and consulting with various industry professionals.
Bring great, fresh ideas to the team that are project-appropriate.
Actively work on high-level tasks and deliverables for multiple projects at the
same time.
Working and master variety of software used in design and presentations.
Being Up to date with the technology development in the engineering
software and hardware.
Preparation of concept designs and follow up with Clients for preliminary Approvals.
Preparation of detailed working drawings and 3D modeling and presentations from schematic designs until end of projects according to client requirements and Municipality regulations.
Generation of 3D & 2D presentations by Auto CAD, Sketch up, 3d studio max with V-ray and Adobe Photoshop.
Having good knowledge in Al Ain and Abu Dhabi Municipalities Building permit Regulations.
Preparation of interior design concepts and detailed working drawings including generation of 3D presentations.
Preparation of drawings as per municipality requirements and online submissions by procedures adopted in Al Ain and Abu Dhabi Cities Municipalities.
Perform project coordination and follow up at both design and construction Levels.
PQP Pearl Qualified Professional certified from (Estidama-UPC) and responsible for obtaining one and two pearl certification for projects mentioned above.
Prepare Circulation plan for the projects as per DOT requirements.
GIS Analytical: Prepare Project Boundary and detailed design for roads projects as per (GIS department - Al Ain & Abu Dhabi municipality) requirements.
Involved in preparation of roads designing and parking (Key plan, Existing layout, General layout, Context plan).
