❑ Currently working as Operator in Saudi Kayan, world largest Ethylene oxide/Ethylene Glycol Plant
❑ The plant having a capacity of 550000 ton per year.
❑ Pre-commissioning, Commissioning and Start-up /shutdown of EO/EG Plant. The plant on spec production was in August 2010, thus all critical activity, start up trouble shooting were carried out.
❑ Handling of Hazardous and Toxic chemicals (Carcinogenic) like pure EO (Ethylene Oxide), First time in KSA, Charging and Dosing EDC.
❑ Charging and Dosing EDC (Ethylene Di Chloride)
❑ Experience in United company as training for 11 months
❑ Preparation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Emergency scenarios.
❑ Knowledge of Work permits.
❑ Contribute and assistance in the maintenance works (checks and repairs the valves, lines, and tube plugging)
❑ On the job training prior to start up of EOP. By Licensor M/S. Scientific Design in the running plant at China for two weeks.
Safety:
❑ Certified to safe handling of Hazardous Materials.
❑ All Safety, Health & Environment Management (SHEM) procedures participations.
❑ English & Arabic Language.
❑ Computer Literate (MS Word, Power Point, Excel)
❑ Take the quick actions during the emergency cases in Petrochemicals plant/ Desalination plants.
❑ Plant Pre-Commissioning & Commissioning.
❑ Good lead and personnel administration skills.
❑ Equipment Isolation System & Permitting System.
❑ Responsible for ensuring safe operations of the plant with good housekeeping
❑ Involve in plant troubleshooting, Advance Process Control (APC) commissioning (1st Plant in Saudi Kayan implement APC), Reviewing of DCS graphics, lead operational activity and production planning
