- Implement and follow up on projects related to talent development.
- Participate in the process of identifying the talents within the organization.
- Design the talents program, plans, and development methods.
- Contribute on the Leadership Development Program in all stages "Preparation, Engage, Follow up“
- Preparation of the fresh graduates "Elites program" and continuously make recommendation for improvement.
- Actively check new trends, follow best practices, generate new initiatives, and find useful suggestions to the department.
- Assisting with the clerical and administrative day to day HR functions.
- Assisting and supporting in the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, shortlisting, interviewing candidates, and issuing employment contracts.
- Responsible for health insurance (Adding, deletion, upgrades).
- Responsible for GOSI (Adding, deletion, solve issues) and other public services.
- Responsible of booking flight tickets and hotels.
- Handle all employee certificates such as salary certificates and official letters.
- Handle employees Exit Re-Entry Process.
-Responsible for processing visit visas and invitation letters.
- Any other related task may have assigned by line manager.
