9 Telecom it was an telesales account. I called french customers in France to convince them with our product and I had a daily target to achieve.
Microsoft it was an international account, the customer (person or company) called our contact center to activate their license (windows or office).
it was a branch in Egypt for an american global company called "Cisco" for routers and switches. The customer (companies only) called us to help them in ordering our products, making the correct configuration or to follow their orders
It was like an administration job, filing, deal with customers and manage the whole work
I joined faculty of Arts on 2001 and graduated on May 2005 as I passed by faculty of commerce for one year.
I was born in France, and I joined Lycee al horreya masr al gedida Egypt on 1990 as I lived 7 years on PARIS and then I completed my studies at Lycee al horreya bab al louk, Egypt, graduated on 2000.
