- Hasbah II Project, Saudi Aramco - Subsea: Pipeline, Subsea Structure and Tie-in Spools;
Normal Lay and Shore pull of 8’’ MEG TL2 122km Cs, 16’’X 13.6km CRA, 36’’ TL2 120km CS + 2.5km CRA & 36’’ TL3 126km CS +1.7km CRA include Tie-in Spools, Riser, Con.sleeper & mattress (DLB: Maridive Construction & Seven Champion-DP2)
Responsibilities:
1. Prepare SOW and
installation procedure of Riser, Spools, SSIV and pipe/material load out on Cargo Barge;
2. Prepare MTO with all related items: Documentation, spread, personnel, material and action list;
3. Prepare/review all related installation sequence drawings and installation aid drawing;
4.Mobilization plan of DLB/CB include equipment/material and installation aids
5.Pipe hauls barges selection and suitability for pipe transportation to offshore with all required modification and stanchions;
6.Barges rotations and load out trips;
7.Handling fabrication:
a.Tie-In Spools and installation aids with Hydrotes (Heads, PRT, A&R, Flange protector, Spreader bar, swebbing brush, blind flange and etc.)
b.Subsea manifold; SSIV/PLEM
c. Pipe coating, concrete sleepers and mattress.
8.Provide progress daily/flash reports in fabrication, marine base activities and landfall/beach pull.
9.Full support and participation at landfall/shorepull (dregging, Shorepull- linear winch set up, sheet pile, trenching/back filling)
10.Full support and participation to set up and function test of pre commissioning equipments (sunction pump, hoses, filter pump, filling pump, high pressure pump, chemical pump and pigs/screapers)
1. Daman Phase #2, ONGC - Fabrication pile Wellhead platforms.(Period; Sept.- March 2017)
-Fabrication of piles five wellhead platforms (B12-11, B12-13, B12-15, C24-P2 & C24-P5)
2. Zawtika 1C Development Project, PTTEP- Myanmar (period; June.-Aug.2016) (Position: Sr. Project Construction Engineer)
- Fabrication of two wellhead platforms (WP8 & WP9). Each deck has a topside weight of 1500 MT with a 9500 MT jacket. Jacket will be installed at the water depth of 142.2m by launching from transportation barge and uppending using heavy lifting barge.
Responsibilities:
-Prepare/review Project Execution Plan/ SOW/ fabrication method until load out;
-Ensure all construction drawings and procedures are updated for fabrication
-Coordinates shop and field fabrication, coordinates subcontractors, coordinates all phases of the job between Contractor, Client and Sub-contractors;
-Manage the progress and productivity reporting on the project and ensures within budget and understands the scope of work, schedules, specifications and supervises discipline production engineers and maintain schedule with all construction input (structural, piping, mechanical, & electrical and instrument);
-Establishes a productive working relationship with Client Representatives, interfaces with other key project personnel in PMT, MWS, and Installation contractor.
1. LTA 3PDMS PROJECT, Saudi Aramco; Installation of three (3) WHP and additional J- Tubes (Period: June 2015 - April 2016)
- Three wellhead platforms (ABSF 151/160, 162/170, 172/180) and additional J-Tubes.
2. The Wasit Gas Project (WPG), Saudi Aramco; Installation of 16 platforms and additional J- Tubes
(Period April 2014 - June 2015)
-The Wasit Gas Program (WGP) - Arabiyah and Hasbah offshore facilities consist of:
-Six (6) ARBI Wellhead Platforms and Seven (7) HSBH Wellhead Platforms
-One (1) tie-in platform (ARBI TP-1) and One (1) tie-in platform (HSBH TP-1) including; jacket, deck, bridge, flare and bridge support jackets
-One (1) Intermediate MEG injection platform (IIP) including jacket and deck
Responsibilities:
1. 3PDMS Project - Prepare installation procedures of 3 nos of WHP platforms and installation new J-Tubes
2. WASIT Project - Prepare installation procedures of platforms (2nos of TP-1 & 1no of IIP) (Jacket; 1700MT, Topside 6000MT, Flare, Bridge, Riser), 13 nos of WHP platforms with risers replacement and install the new one;
3.Prepare MTO with all related items: Documentation, spread, personnel, material and action list;
4.Prepare/review all related installation sequence drawings and installation aids drawing;
5.Mobilization plan of Vessel (DLB-Castoro Otto), Cargo Barge, equipments, materials, installation aids and function test of equipment;
6.Prepare and monitoring progress of items to be fabricated/prepared in onshore yard related to offshore installation campaign such as pre-rigging, speader frame/bar, equipment function test and trial fit;
7.Leading offshore campaign, coordinating with vessel construction superintendent and reporting to Installation Manager and Project Manager
1. South Belut Development Project, ConocoPhilips Indonesia; (Period : Oct. - March 2014).
-The South Belut Development Project is a concept of envisages 8 subsea wells completed with Intelligent Well System (“IWS”) tied back to the North Belut Central Processing Platform (NBCPP)
Responsibilities:
1. Prepare installation procedures; Subsea Tie-in Spool, subsea strcture (PLEM/SDU), concrete mattress, sleper and Trenching procedure
2. Prepare/review all related installation sequence drawings and installation aids drawing;
3. Prepare MTO with all related items: Documentation, personnel, material and action list.
2. Naga Pelikan Development Project, Premier Oil Natuna Sea B.V; (Period;Feb.-Oct. 2013)
- The Naga and Pelikan development Project with install two of tripod wellhead jackets (NWP & PWP) with 51 km of Pipeline and Umbilical from Naga & Pelikan to Gajah Baru CPP
Responsibilities:
1.Prepare installation procedures of platform (jacket and topside) and subsea manifold (SSIV);
2. Prepare/review all related installation sequence drawings and installation aids drawing;
3. Prepare Anchor Handling Procedure;
4. Prepare MTO with all related items: Documentation, personnel, material and action list;
5. Mobilization plan of HLV (Kaizen 400) and Cargo Barge include equipment/material set-up, function test and Installation aids;
6. Prepare daily progress/flash reports and check list (onshore preparation for offshore installation purpose such as pre-rigging, speader frame/bar, equipment function test and trial fit);
7. Leading offshore campaign, coordinating with barge Superintendent, MWS, Client Representative on board and provide report to Installation Manager and Project Manager.
1. Anoa Phase 4 Project, Premier Oil Natuna Sea B.V; (May. 2012-Jan. 2013)
- Anoa Phase 4 Project- AGX Compression reconfiguration project. Installation of AG Compressor Module (Weight =306 MT) and New GTG Module (Weight =306 MT)
Responsibilities:
1. Prepare installation procedures and Work packages
2. Prepare/review all related installation sequence drawings and installation aids drawing;

1. KE-40 Removal Platform, PT. Pertamina WMO; (Nov. 2011-Feb. 2012)
Removal of existing platform (KE-40) after Platform with total weight of topside is 300 MT
Responsibilities:
1.Prepare removal procedure and cutting procedure using diamond wire cutter;
2. Prepare/review installation sequence drawings and installation aids drawing;
3.Arrange the mobilization plan of DLB-Sea Horizon and craddle support on CB.
2. APN E/F Development Project, PT. Pertamina ONWJ; (Feb. 2011-Nov. 2011)
-APN-E/F new filed development project consist of tree platforms. Total weight of topside is 1200 MT with 1300 MT jackets and the platform will be installed at the water depth around 45 to 50 m
Responsibilities:
1. Provide installation procedures of 3 nos WHP platforms and top risers;
2. Prepare MTO with all related items: Documentation, spread, personnel, material and action list;
3. Prepare/review all related installation sequence drawings and installation aids drawing;
4. Mobilization plan of DLB (Sea-Horizon) and Cargo Barge include equipment/material set-up, function test on deck and installation aids;
5. Prepare and monitoring progress of items to be fabricated/prepared in onshore yard related to offshore installation campaign such as pre-rigging, speader frame/bar, equipment function test and trial fit;
6. Leading offshore campaign, coordinating with barge Superintendent, MWS, Client Representative on board and provide report to Installation Manager and Project Manager.
1. QPS Platform Project, PTTEP Bongkot- Thailand; (Dec. 2010-Jan. 2011)
QPS Platform has a 1500 MT upper deck with a 750 MT the jacket
Responsibilities:
1. Prepare load out procedure and mooring analysis of cargo barge for jacket and topside load out.
2. ICP-R PROCESS PLATFORM Project, ONGC-India; (Jun. 2008-Jan. 2011)
2. ICP-R Process Platform project consists of Topside (Module Supporting Frame, Building Module, Separator Module, Turbo Generator Module, Process Gas Compression Module) total weight of 7300 MT, Jacket weight =3600 MT, Flare Tripod weight =90 MT & Bridge.
Responsibilities:
1. Prepare SOW, Project Fabrication Plan, lifting/stacking procedure, fabrication sequence, and load out procedure;
2. Review all structural fabrication drawing to ensure all construction drawings and procedures are updated/ approved for construction
3. Provide design and calculation of rigging, padeyes for lifting/stacking the modules
4. Coordinates shop and field fabrication, coordinates subcontractors, coordinates all phases of the job with Client and Sub-contractors;
5.Establishes a productive working relationship with Client Representatives, interfaces with other key project personnel in PMT, MWS, and Installation contractor
KE-30 Platform and subsea Pipeline Laying Project, KODECO Energy Ltd (Jan. 2006-May. 2008)
-The KE-30 Platfom is a wellhead paltform in water depth of 24m with 4 legs and the weight 390 MT
Responsibilities:
1. Full support and participation in fabrication of Jacket and top side.
2. Supervise to assembly rigging (pre-rigging) for offshore installation.
3. Mobilization of materials and load out onto Cargo Barge
