Investigating and developing new product ideas, new markets and access development opportunities
- Preparing projects' businesses plans & strategies, and following up the implementation of plans

-Maintain cross-functional interfaces with departments/parties and construction companies and consultants to ensure the successful development of project designs within agreed budget
- Liaise with authorities and official departments and ensure submission of master plan, transportation studies, traffic and environmental impact studies
- Short-list consultants and issue design tender and appoint local and international consultants
- Lead coordination meetings between consultants to update them on company’s instructions and guidance and to avoid conflicts and clashes
- Play the role of the arbiter for decisions relating to the positioning of a development project
