I own and operate my own establishments called TacTic Commercial Establishment, and Tac Tic Establishment for Events and Exhibitions Management, which are registered as a service provider with the Saudi Arabian Oil Company (Saudi Aramco), under Vendor # 10047560 (can be found on Facebook written as TacTic Establishment).

Since 2011, through Tac Tic Establishment for Events and Exhibitions Management, we have organized and managed more than 80 conferences, exhibitions, private and public, occasions and events for large businesses and government entities in Saudi Arabia that include but is not limited to the Saudi Arabian Oil Company (Saudi Aramco), the Royal Commission for Jubail and Yanbu, the Saudi Arabian Border Guard, the Saudi Arabian National Guard, the Ministry of Interior, The Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Resources, the King Fahd University Hospital, Al-Mana General Hospital.

Some of the major events we have executed:

The Heritage Cultural Festival (Jenadriyah) that takes place every year in the Capital of Saudi Arabia, Riyadh, where we executed the Border Guard Wing in 2013, when our section that covered more than 10, 000square meters utilizing massive tents, showcased latest technologies used by several border guard organization from many countries including Saudi Arabia and Germany. Our section won 97% of the vote by other participant section and wings.

Another key event was when we were selected to execute the gala dinner on behalf of Saudi Aramco as it represented Saudi Arabia at the World Petroleum Congress that took place during June 2014 at Lotte Hotel in Moscow, Russia. (We shipped material and support manpower at a cost of more than 900, 000 Saudi Riyals approximately 240, 000 USD in addition to utilizing local fabricators when needed.)

The first ever Nations Festival in Jubail, Saudi Arabia, during March 2015: With more than 25 nations participating with their exhibits attracted 60, 000 multi-nationals and diplomatic representatives.

We provided the following services; commercial and support publications such as roll-ups and pop-ups, flyers, banners (with frames and without); multimedia printing of logos and themes related to each particular event or occasions.

We import and supply any type of gift item or giveaway (VIP quality and regular according to the target audience specified by each proponent).

We manufacture our own exhibitions systems: we design, manufacture, install and dismantle exhibition booths of different sizes and have executed exhibitions with upward of 30 booths at a time.

I also continue as a freelance editor - writer with Saudi Aramco's Publishing Division under Vendor # 40019011. While, entering my name as Aref M Younis through any search engine will offer an example of my published work through Saudi Aramco portals designed for this purpose.

‎ I was assigned to the Publishing Division of Saudi Aramco’s Public Relations Department as ‎of August 1st 2010 and became a writer with the Arabian Sun (Saudi Aramco’s English Weekly ‎Newspaper) as well as a writer contributor for the Weekly Caravan (Saudi Aramco’s Arabic ‎Weekly Newspaper) where I reported and wrote stories covering all and every type of business ‎and leisure based stories in both Arabic and English for Saudi Aramco readers taking into ‎account other writing tasks when required to do so. ‎

This job required knowledge related to more than 22 business-lines operating within the Saudi ‎Aramco sphere that includes engineering, geology, drilling, refining, offshore and medical ‎related stories as well as fire protection, loss prevention, environmental protection, traffic ‎safety / industrial security and community/ corporate outreach activities … all of which require ‎accurate research, ultimate review and editing as all stories are with by-line read by all levels ‎of the Company’s management. ‎

Work Experience: September 2007 - August 2010: Senior Public Relations ‎Representative with the Corporate Traveling Exhibits Unit / Corporate Events Division / ‎Public Relations Operations Department of Saudi Aramco in Dhahran, Saudi Arabia.

After the Public Relations Departments was ‎split into three entities the Public Relations Department (PRD) / the Public Relations ‎Operations Department (PROD) and ITHRA; I became part of the Corporate Traveling Exhibits that falls under the Corporate Events Division of PROD that ‎included 5 other divisions. ‎

I became a Supplement Manpower Contractor through "Resource Science Arabia LTD ‎now called AECOM Arabia Ltd.". ‎

I was recontracted under the new contractor system at the time by Saudi Aramco's after ‎the MTS system was terminated at the end of July 2007. My new job required a much ‎more visible style of writing while executing all writing duties within my department and ‎division, while, maintaining the same balance between English and Arabic writing ‎requirements as mentioned previously. ‎

My duties included developing the mid-year and year-end accountability reports ‎narrative and MIS numbers on behalf of my unit and eventually my division. ‎

I also worked on the development of the short form and long form contract that would ‎enable outsourcing of our exhibitions as required by location and time constraints. I ‎worked on the development and execution of the Corporate Events Division procedure ‎manual to set guidelines for all visits, events and participations on behalf of Saudi ‎Aramco Admin areas. ‎
