Meet with customers to ensure that clients are provided with ample information
about Damac Properties opportunities and their returns.
▪ Executed seamless transactions for clients by drawing up contractual agreements,
negotiating terms and prices, receiving clearances and no objection certificates from
relevant authorities, and finalizing deals at the developer’s office or Dubai Land
Department.
▪ Organized efficient system of uploading Clients on company’s database to ensure
properties were up to date with regards to availability, pricing.
▪ Represented Damac properties at tradeshows and real estate exhibitions to attract
new investors and clientele.
Make dining and other reservations for clients, and obtain tickets for events.
▪ Provide information about local features such as shopping, dining, nightlife,
and recreational destinations.
Make travel arrangements for sightseeing and other tours.
▪ Receive, store, and deliver luggage and mail.
Perform office duties on a temporary basis when needed.
Pick up and deliver items, or run errands for guests.
• Carry out unusual requests such as searching for hard-to-find items and
arranging for exotic services such as hot-air balloon rides.
