Responsible for managing the ICT Enterprise Services architectural enhancements and technological advancements to meet the continuously increasing capacity, performance, and efficiency requirements of ICT's internal and external customers and ensure they achieve their objectives.
Managing the main and core systems, such as, but not limited to, the following:
Oracle ERP Fusion: Oracle Fusion Cloud (GL, AR, AP, FA, CM, and Fusion Tax) Supply Chain Management Cloud (Purchasing, Self-Service Procurement) and Oracle Human Capital Management Cloud (Core HR, Absent Management, OTL, Self-Service HR, Learning Management)
Oracle ERP EBS: Payroll and Property Management System PMS.
IBM Maximo: Asset monitoring, management, predictive maintenance, and reliability planning (Asset Management, Work Management, Inventory Management, Procurement Management, Contract Management, Service Management).
Main Responsibility.
1. Forward thinking and creativity to explore, analyse, initiate, and manage the introduction of new technological innovations into the company to help it achieve its strategic objectives.
2. Direct the monitoring and evaluation of new and emerging technologies and trends, based on extensive specialized industry experience, to advance the ICT Enterprise Services.
3. Review all existing and potential product offerings through market research and trends, suggest improvements and offer recommendations
4. Be responsible for the determination and promulgation of the frameworks, standards, libraries, and approach to be adopted, in the translation of the planned architecture into working code; and to keep these up to date.
5. Apply best practices for IT application development and end-user experience.
6. Implementation of continual service improvement plans and end user satisfaction.
7. Industry best practice guidelines for software development and enterprise frameworks.
8. Availability and operational performance of ICT Infrastructure services offered.
9. Ensure that staff achieve their yearly goals and the company's strategic objectives highlighted in their BAC performance management system.
10. Liaise with the ICT internal teams to oversee the development of functional platforms for all enterprise-based services in the ICT BAC environment.
11. Monitor and control the budgetary needs of the ICT Enterprise Solutions.

1. Lead, develop and implement IT initiatives that enable Hospital to compete more vigorously and more profitably in a constantly changing and demanding marketplace.
2. Translates the Hospital vision into IT systems and procedures, articulating this critical link to the company stakeholders, including the Executive Team, IT staff and employees.
3. Lead and coordinate development of the Hospital systems HIS, Hospital ERP System Microsoft Dynamics and Build Hospital infrastructure to ensure key business strategies and processes are supported by systems that enable growth and flexibility.
4. Ensure availability of necessary application systems to support the business and operational needs.
5. Develop IT policies and procedures on a basis for ensuring consistency in standards and leveraging of common systems.
6. Lead and coordinate selection, installation, operation, support, and maintenance of our information technology infrastructure (i.e., operating systems, networks, telecommunications, hardware, and peripherals).
7. Protect the Hospital and its operations against IT risks, including unauthorized access to Information, data integrity problems, loss of processing capability, and poor service levels.
8. Ensure the IT infrastructure is successfully exploited to achieve continuous improvement and competitive advantage by identifying needs and developing and providing appropriate training and support for all users.
Projects and Achievements:
1. Enable OWA and OMA services “permitting staff to send and receive emails by using smart phone or/and laptops”.
2. Complete the implementations of backup solutions Hardware and Software.
3. Complete developing Core Banking Applications for the Account.
4. Complete developing Core Banking Application for the Payroll HR.
5. Establish the online Video Conferencing Meeting service to be used for the remote meeting for board members.
6. Configure and set up the redundant Internet connection.
7. Enhancing the IT Infrastructure such as voice conferencing, Security, Servers, , etc
Tasks and Responsibilities:
• Directing all aspects of daily operations to individuals and ensuring smooth functioning of the same
• Ensure that the network and the infrastructure are up and running and as a whole provides a high degree of reliability and availability
• Establishing work priorities and procedures to ensure that daily work flow requirements and project deadlines are met
• Providing Technical Support to every department, conducting weekly meetings with management and users to discuss the status for peaceful workflow of the system
• Responsible for Grooming and Mentoring the team
• To ensure that each resource should be aware of the processes and should have the overview of all methodologies
• Determine problem areas that exist in the team and identify opportunities to improve the team skill set.
Projects and Achievements:
1. Design and build new Data Center which meets the International standards with all required equipments such as UPS, Raised Floor, and CCACU… Etc.
2. Design and build a new IT Infrastructure including Purchasing DELL Servers, Upgrading and Implementing Core and Edge Switches Technology, Telephone System “AVAYA”, Security Devices such as Anti-Spam Firewalls Host IPS, CISCO NAC, and Physical and CCTV security.
3. Design and build an IT Infrastructure for VC Bank Subsidiaries such as German Orthopedics Hospital (Bahrain), Difaaf Real Estate Project (Bahrain), and SVCIC in KSA Riyadh. Including Purchasing DELL Servers, Backup Solutions, Implementing Core and Edge Switches Technology, Telephone System “AVAYA”, Security Devices such as Anti-Spam Firewalls and Host IPS, Access Card System and CCTV security System.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
• Managing the maintenance of network, server, systems, applications, software and hardware in the Bank.
• Creating IT profiles of all new employees and configuring system, installing applications and software to facilitate immediate use.
• Work in close conjunction with IT security officer and participate in development of Bank’s access rights (IT and Physical) policy.
• Install all new systems, applications in the computers of the employees of the Bank.
• Attend and critically evaluate presentations made by the IT vendors prior to procurement.
• Participate in the selection, testing, deployment of software products and applications as well as outsourced arrangements.
• Contribute to the IT service continuity plan process in case of any eventuality.
• Respond to all IT helpdesk queries forwarded by the Communications officer.
Advising and conducting training on the use of new IT techniques

Tasks and Responsibilities:
• Design and build a new IT Infrastructure including Purchasing of HP Bled Servers, HP SAN Storage, Upgrading the Exciting Backup Solution the Library, Implementing Core and Edge Switches Technology, Telephone System Alcatel, Security Devices such as Anti-Spam Firewalls and Host IPS, Establish Branch connectivity, Access Card System & CCTV .
• Diagnose hardware and software problems, and replace defective components.
• Perform data backups and disaster recovery operations.
• Maintain and administer computer networks and related computing environments, including computer hardware, systems software, applications software, and all configurations.
Plan, coordinate, and implement network security measures in order to protect data, software, and hardware.
• Perform routine network startup and shutdown procedures, and maintain control records.
• Design, configure, and test computer hardware, networking software and operating system software.
• Recommend changes to improve systems and network configurations, and determine hardware or software requirements related to such changes.
• Confer with network users about how to solve existing system problems.
• Monitor network performance in order to determine whether adjustments need to be made, and to determine where changes will need to be made in the future.
