Responsible for managing the ICT Enterprise Services architectural enhancements and technological advancements to meet the continuously increasing capacity, performance, and efficiency requirements of ICT's internal and external customers and ensure they achieve their objectives.
Managing the main and core systems, such as, but not limited to, the following:

Oracle ERP Fusion: Oracle Fusion Cloud (GL, AR, AP, FA, CM, and Fusion Tax) Supply Chain Management Cloud (Purchasing, Self-Service Procurement) and Oracle Human Capital Management Cloud (Core HR, Absent Management, OTL, Self-Service HR, Learning Management)
Oracle ERP EBS: Payroll and Property Management System PMS.

IBM Maximo: Asset monitoring, management, predictive maintenance, and reliability planning (Asset Management, Work Management, Inventory Management, Procurement Management, Contract Management, Service Management).

Main Responsibility.
1. Forward thinking and creativity to explore, analyse, initiate, and manage the introduction of new technological innovations into the company to help it achieve its strategic objectives.
2. Direct the monitoring and evaluation of new and emerging technologies and trends, based on extensive specialized industry experience, to advance the ICT Enterprise Services.

2. Design and build a new IT Infrastructure including Purchasing DELL Servers, Upgrading and Implementing Core and Edge Switches Technology, Telephone System “AVAYA”, Security Devices such as Anti-Spam Firewalls Host IPS, CISCO NAC, and Physical and CCTV security.
3. Design and build an IT Infrastructure for VC Bank Subsidiaries such as German Orthopedics Hospital (Bahrain), Difaaf Real Estate Project (Bahrain), and SVCIC in KSA Riyadh. Including Purchasing DELL Servers, Backup Solutions, Implementing Core and Edge Switches Technology, Telephone System “AVAYA”, Security Devices such as Anti-Spam Firewalls and Host IPS, Access Card System and CCTV security System.

• Managing the maintenance of network, server, systems, applications, software and hardware in the Bank.
• Creating IT profiles of all new employees and configuring system, installing applications and software to facilitate immediate use.
