Following are the few projects and duties I am involved during this period:
I am taking care of more than 2000 sites all over the kingdom per year along with my more than 10
team members reporting to me for different type of electromechanical and civil issues.
Preparing the weekly schedule for Civil PAT, Access Road, Site development and OIL Clearance
surveys.
Involved in the construction of Roads, Bridges and Culverts for different cell sites on mountains and
other remote areas of Kingdom.
Preparing the schedule for Handover to O&M and coordinating it with concern contractors and vendors
if required.
Based on my engineering experience I was also involved in finalizing the quantities of Access road and
site developments send by our inspectors.
I am also responsible for deciding contractual terms and conditions with our contractors and making
the payments for extra work. This is the major responsibility for me as I am fully capable and dealing
with more than four local contractors at the same time.
Controlling a team of 10 supervisors and engineers and assigning them the tasks all according to
targets.
Making the reports on weekly basis and submitting to higher management with strong follow up of
more than 50 contractors in order to meet very tough targets with help of my team members.
Accepting the materials like towers, paints, cables and other important materials used in the
construction of sites.
In coordination with site acquisition and power team I was following the availability for the power from
different sources like Saudi electric company dual generators or solar system etc which ever is the
most appropriate.
Taking the progress for the power connection from my team members as well as from STC power
contractors.
I am taking care of health and safety issues on all of sites in my zone.
I was also involve in issuing warning letters and applying penalties in case of delay from the
contractpor
