• Contribute to the preparation of the annual marketing plan of the Center in coordination with the Department of Marketing and follow-up implementation.
• Contribute to the preparation of the annual estimated budget for the marketing activities of the department in coordination with the Marketing Department.
• Participate in the preparation of marketing studies and study the conditions of the market and the prices of competitors.
• Studying the needs of existing and target customers in order to increase sales and develop the sales process.
• Supervising the implementation of the promotional and advertising programs of the department.
• Supervising and executing the company's registration processes as a service supplier to the companies, organizations and institutions related to the institution's activities
• Coordinate with departments, centers and branches to provide the potential and resources for marketing activities.
• Studying the requests for quotations received from customers and tenders, reviewing preliminary statements of orders and preparing sales offers for customers.
• To increase the utilization of existing possibilities in developing sales and growth opportunities in existing possibilities; and to explore the opening of new markets.
• Follow up the preparation of commercial contracts and follow-up renewal of current contracts.
• Preparing and developing automated databases for current and targeted customers by the Center, and periodically updating them.
• Check the effectiveness of communication with existing and target customers, and identify the name and services of the institution distinctly.
• Organizing regular visits to existing and target customers to market the services of the institution and to establish relations with them.
• Preparing periodic reports on marketing and sales activities and submitting them to the company's management.
• Managing the work team to achieve the full work activity on daily basis and insure the entire work requirement is achieved.
• Follow up with the company projects closely and make sure all the projects information’s are updated in company archives.
• visiting the site and introducing our company profile to the clients and explain to them the benefits of our products and closing the deals with them.
• Visiting the consultants and contractors offices to insure our company is under vender list to get all the inquiries for ongoing projects.
• Planning and developing of solutions and technical means through communication with customers and through intensive studies of the market situation for the development and expansion of the company.
• Ensure best in industry shop display through the collaboration and communication between retail staff, Samsung in-house merchandisers, third party agencies and distributors.
• Implement, check and maintain Samsung retail standards & goals. • Develop and execute the strategic marketing plan to maximize the sale in the Market. • Communicating with distributors in each country and support the sales through activity of the distributors.
• Build relationships with retail partners both at shop floor level and with store management.
• Corporates of events set up in reference to sales promotion activities
• Actively monitor & report retail market intelligence and make recommendations to management. • Analyze the data which collected from the market and report the Feedback to Management about product & market background, OR and IR retailers, marketing activities and competitor marketing activities.
• Liaise with suppliers for new store display implementation.
• Develop & train merchandisers on Company merchandising guidelines. • Managing the Purchase, Sales & Inventory for the market.
• Manage Shelf Share, Golden Location and other in store performance Indices.
• Secure promotional space and co-ordinate special displays around promotional activities & events.
• Check that the highest standards of merchandising are met, using the company 6 C’s of merchandising: Cleanliness, Connection, Content, Consistency, Communication and Connectivity.
• Proactively seek opportunities to secure key retail promotional space such as gondolas ends, window display and other “golden locations”
where possible ensure Samsung products are displayed together creating a stronger brand statement.
• Ensure correct functioning of all display/ signage lighting.
• Support production and implementation of all non-retail public & trade marketing events such a road shows, dealer launches, product launches etc.
• Develop best in industry shop display & merchandising guidelines.
• Propose improvements in Shop Display, POS and other types of Samsung merchandising support materials.
• Propose methods for improving product & feature demonstration to consumers.
• Ensure that company assets supporting shop display are accounted for and not misused, such as wireless modems, cabling etc.
• Support floor salesperson training initiatives.
• Support Negotiations for new store display area/ space.
• Liaising and networking with a range of stakeholders, e.g. customers, colleagues, suppliers and partner organizations
• Communicating with target audiences and managing customer relationships
