Handling Riyadh projects by Damac (Fendi Designed, Paramount Designed).
• Renting/ Leasing Coffee shop & Restaurant retails.
• Leasing 450 Units in both towers.
• Managing and handling sales center walk-in Clients.
Responsible in communication with corporate and individuals in preparing contracts, quotations and invoices.
Documenting all data related to communication with the customers in our software (E-Leasing) along with hard copy files.
Collection: keeping up closely with customers via emails and telecommunication to remind them about the due amounts and follow up until it will be collected.

Reporting to the S&M Director and working more closely with the property management to achieve the predefined goals and objectives for each property.
• Achievements
• Finalized deals for leasing within the last 2 months worth more than 0.9 Million SAR.
• Followed up on late dues and collections and eliminated the 90 days and above section completely from the aging report.
• Reduced the average days of the division in collections from 106 days to 87 days in the short period since the collections were brought under my responsibility.
• Closed the financial gaps of unsettled dues by collection of more than 72% of the dues in just over 3 months.
• Working on an aggressive marketing plan entailing a door-to-door approach.
-Maintain profitability of an automobile dealership's finance department is, along with maintaining a quality customer service experience for the dealer's customers.
-Possess strong communications skills to work with dealer customers, employees and financing and insurance vendors. As an automotive finance head, i also able to keep abreast of federal, state and local automotive financing laws and regulations.
-Oversee dealership customer loan origination and approval process.
-Establish and exceed monthly forecast income, penetration levels, and customer satisfaction index (CSI) scores
-Nurturing and enhancing the dealership’s culture of providing a positive and caring environment, for employees and customers alike
-Experience and an in depth understanding and successful track record working in an automotive dealership’s finance department.

-Determine which financing products are best for the dealership and its customers.
-Consult with the customer in the selection of the proper product and financing terms.
-Review the figures that are presented by the salesperson and use them when closing the deal with the customer.
