To Manage & control issues inside the FBOs, in addition to support the staff inside the shop and achieve sales target.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Visit the assigned shops in weekly basis to ensure achieving sales target and related KPIs.
- Manage & control Stock availability in Zain Franchise shops.
- Reporting the sales, IT & facility issues on daily basis to all related stock holders and keep shops in high quality.
- Supervising scanning operations of contracts and audit all transactions.
- Build and maintains positive relationships with Zain colleagues and vendors.
- Fosters a collaborative work environment and engages peers.
Support Regional team in ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction & enriching the customer experience and report findings
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Conduct field research covering the customers experience throughout all customer life-cycle phases.
- Conduct surveys with Zain customers to assess their satisfaction level on different factors and attributes that directly impact the customer.
- Provide constant commercial data of the customer experience in the region.
- Meet with focus group of customers whom interact with Zain and assess their satisfaction level.
- Visit remote areas villages and small towns in the region and get feedback on Zain and its competitors there.
