•Conduct energy audits to identify areas where energy efficiency improvements can be made.
• Monitor energy usage and report on performance against targets.
• Collaborate with engineers to design and implement energy-efficient systems and processes.
• maintaining the HVAC system in hospitals. The equipment they operate includes boilers, air- conditioning equipment, diesel engines, pumps,
condensers, generators, and compressors. They start up, regulate, shut down, or repair this equipment.
• ensure that all of these systems are operating not just correctly, but also efficiently and safely.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, repair logs, and inventory levels of
replacement parts and supplies.
• supervise maintenance staff on proper maintenance procedures, safety protocols, and compliance with customer, and
seting a KPI to indicate their performance.
• Monitor and manage the budget for maintenance and repairs, including tracking expenses, and submitting purchase
orders for necessary supplies and equipment.
