Responsible for attracting candidates and matching them to temporary or permanent
positions within the bank. They work with various Group Heads, department heads and
managers, building relationships in order to gain a better understanding of their recruitment
needs and requirements.

To practice and apply the HR strategy & recruitment methodology to have the best practice
within the organization. Optimize and improve the sourcing talent pool and use the modern
recruitment techniques to improve the sourcing, hiring, selection & onboarding process.

To embrace culture and deliver innovative talent attraction and employer brand strategies
to promote KFH as an employer of choice and improve candidate attraction, create
compelling campaigns through various candidate-facing communication channels to convey
KFHs culture and EVP, and oversee candidates journey from attraction to onboarding.

To lead the Talent Acquisition function and meet the requirements through developing and
adopting a suite of best practice policies and procedures in Talent Acquisition and On
boarding for consistent delivery of organizational and behavioral change.

Social Media Team Leaders is responsible for supervising the daily activities of the account
managers including but not limited to: Monitoring the development of Marketing/
Communication/ Media Plans in line with clients requirements, updating accounts content,
etc., in addition to handling multiple clients accounts as assigned by the line manager.
