Validate and assign new orders to the concerned team member based on the work nature.
o Explain the task to be done to the assigned resource and assure it is implemented successfully
and within the agreed time frame.
o Follow up on the implementation queue progress and make sure tasks are completed as per
the standards, within the agreed time line.
o Documentation of projects and Medium to Large customer’s setup.
o Understand, evaluate the project weight and scope and estimate resource needs based on the
project nature.
o Distribute the tasks between the concerned team members and coordinate with projects team
to assure smooth projects delivery.
o Assign TT’s to the proper team member based on the fault type.
o Follow up on the resolution, and closure of TT’s within the agreed SLA’s.
o Document workaround and agreed solutions for known problems and assure to share the
knowledge between the technical stake holders.
o Follow up with the engineering team/business team for new products testing and
commissioning.
o Follow up with venders to test/implement new solutions/devices
o Assign team member to test new devices and assure that the devices are properly tested with
pre-defined testing scenarios.
