Greenway Improvement Study
Goal: Working with the Portland Bureau of Transportation (PBOT) to improve cyclists comfort and safety on Portland’s neighborhood greenways.
Lead designer, used AutoCAD to draft the appropriate design for our project goal.
Contributed in going to the site and survey people based on their experience with cycling.
Designed four different alternatives and chose the best design based on cyclist’s behavior.
Civil Engineering - Construction
Contributed in doing concrete tests and mixing before
pouring.
Learned about determining the amount of steel rebars in a
beam or a column.
Was able to mix cement, fine sand, and water for getting
Mortar Mix.
Supervised workers for doing the right tasks.
Reviewed the receipt of the concrete mix in the site.
Reviewed plan sheets and making sure everything is
consistent.

A remotely Nanodegree Business Analytics course lasted for about three months. The Program was supported by Misk Academy and Udacity. Several intense tasked projects were requested through the period.
