- Reviews the monthly approvals during the cut off and Verifies all payroll transactions on the system according to the standard workflow
-Maintaining accurate records of sick/maternity/parental leave.
-Attach new employees to the computerized pay system.
-Ensuring all permanent & temporary staff are paid on time.
-prepare all dues to leavers (End of Service Benefit, and paid vacations. to clear their final settlement in a timely manner.
-Processing Deductions(ssc, medical insurance, etc.. and overtime claims
