Main Responsibilities:
- Studying Tenders’ Technical Specifications.
- Pricing and Coast Estimation.
- Requesting Quotations and Technical Data from various suppliers.
- Contacting the regional office of the mother company.
- Contacting Customers.
- Joining meeting with customers (consultants, contractors, owners) and discussing technical issues of the products.
- Tendering Preparing Technical Specifications of products.
- Preparing Technical Layout Drawings.
- Approving the Technical Drawings of the products.
- Submitting Purchase Orders (POs) to the factory.
- Preparing Order Forms (OFs), ordering products & releasing for manufacturing.
- Additionally, following up contracts agreements and participating in preparing contracts.
