Additionally to the above:
Setting plans, manage the missions, working with the team to attain the company's objectives.
Handle a number of responsibilities on a day to day basis. Visit the locations to ensure that it is being properly maintained and all equipment fixed and issues resolved in a timely manner. Taking prospective clients on tour, prepare agreements and ensure utilities are connected.
Have excellent people skills to make our clients feel comfortable. Work with contractors, electricians, A/c technicians, plumbers and carpenters to maintain the properties.
Additionally to the following tasks: • Preparing agreements for tenants
• Negotiating contract renewals
• Managing rental properties
• Preparing inventories, and daily correspondence
• Keeping owners up to date

➢ Sales and Marketing of local and real estate projects.

➢ Achieves sales volume and service targets.

➢ Business Development - represent the company in the best possible way in order to produce sales and expand existing client base.

➢ Perform account management, relationship building with the new and dormant accounts and account maintenance duties.

➢ Deliver professional, prompt, accurate and personalized service in response to customer queries ( by post, emails, telephone and personal visits) and meet their need in line with service standards.

➢ Prepare and deliver investment proposal presentations that address the client's needs and leads to sales growth.

➢ Establish and maintain a working relationship with the marketing group to keep abreast of current and new product/ services/ strategic initiatives.

➢ Submit to Management all required sales and funnel reports in a timely manner,

➢ Plan and carry out local marketing and integrate personal sales efforts with other organized marketing activities like product launches, promotions, advertising, exhibitions and telemarketing to endure business growth.

➢ Monitor and report market trends and competitor activities and provide relevant reports and information.

➢ Attend and present at external client meetings to aid business development.

➢ Maintain regular consistent and professional attendance, punctuality, personal appearance.

➢ Pursue personal development of skills and knowledge necessary for the effective performance of this role.
