•Review Material Submittals, Design Calculation, Design Deliverables, Authority Deliverables (QCDD, Kahramaa, Marafeq, Qatar Cool).
• Performs difficult and complex field engineering assignments involving the development, execution, supervision, and coordination of all technical aspects of a construction project. • Timely execution of the project within the budget and time constraints and monitor progress.
• Preparation of design deliverables (drawings, specs, estimates, schedules, reports, etc.)
• Design, review & field construction of MEP works. Such as Chilled water system, fire systems, SNG, Drainage and plumping.
• Arrange shop drawings against the design \[tender\] drawings for compliance with the design intent.
• Supervise the MEP construction engineering work and provide technical expertise for Project and site engineers.
• Prepare Progress Invoices for MEP work and follow with consultant/client after submission.
• Attend Marafeq-Lusail Technical Meeting, Inspections, Testing and handover.
• Attend meetings with civil defense officers and handing over projects based on QCDD Requirements.
• Attend Kahramaa Inspection based on Kahramaa related Requirements. • Follow and review BMS works with Specialist, including testing and commissioning.
• Prepare/ review the project BOQ and materials supply/apply pricing.
• Supports the HR department for appointing new engineers. • Attend management, project, site progress and any MEP services related technical meetings.
• Issue the sub-contractors payments based on the site progress.
• Undertake final project snagging and prepare list of defect.

• Submit WIR, MIR including installation and Testing based on related Standards.
• Prepare Progress Invoices for MEP work and follow with consultant/client after submission.

• Review design & field construction of HVAC, Fire Fighting, and plumbing works.
• Attend meetings with civil defense officers and handing over projects based on QCDD Requirements.
• Attend Kahramaa Inspection for water supply based on Kahramaa Requirments.
• Installation of Testing and commissioning of HVAC systems: CHILLED WATER SYS., VRF, VAV
SYSTEM, AHU, ERU... etc.
• Installation and Testing and commissioning of firefighting systems: Wet/dry, FM200, inergen, Ansul, Deluge, Foam, and Aerosol.
• Follow and review BMS works with subcontractor, including testing and commissioning.
• Prepare/ review the project BOQ and materials supply/apply pricing.
• Prepare coordination drawings for the MEP works.
• Supports the HR department for appointing new engineers.
• Attend management, project, site progress and any MEP services related technical meetings
• Issue the sub-contractors payments based on the site progress.
• Arrange warranty matrix, spare parts matrix, O&M.

Projects: AL HAZM Mall, GSF factory, ESF factory.
Responsible for:
* Preparation of design deliverables (drawings, specs, estimates, schedules, reports, etc.)
* Conducting IR submitted by contractors including installation and Testing based on related Standards.
* Design, calculation, Review & field construction of HVAC, Fire Fighting, Fire Alarm, and plumbing works.
* Attend meetings with civil defense officers and handing over projects based on QCDD Requirements
* Testing and commissioning of firefighting systems: Wet/dry, FM200, inergen, Ansul, Deluge, Foam, and
Aerosol.
* Prepare/ review the project BOQ and materials supply/apply pricing.
* Prepare coordination drawings for the MEP works.
* Supports the HR department for appointing new engineers.
* Cost control of project based on the budget, and control of site Petty cash.
* Preparing MDR after project handing over.
* Review the tenants fit out works design and installation.
* Issue the contractors payments based on the site progress.
* Conduct weekly meetings for the site progress and prepare weekly and monthly progress reports.
* Supervision of maintenance works for several residential, commercial, and factories buildings.

* Design and prepare submittals of HACE Brand: AHU / PACKAGED AIR UNITS.
* Prepare submittals of chillers.
* Selection of different types of compressors, pumps and related HVAC equipments.
* Design and review HVAC calculation of submitted projects.

* Supervise all mechanical installations and operations to ensure compliance to design and equipment specs.
* Design, calculation, Review & field construction of HVAC/ Fire fighting system/ plumping works.
* Assist with the preparation of cost estimates for project design and construction.
* Monitor and report on site activities ensuring compliance with project approved documentations and
specifications.
