• Leading a team of 2 senior engineers and 4 site engineers (civil, architecture and MEP) in Cairo station.
• Review and check all documents of the project (MAR, MIR, SOD, ITP, MS, …etc.).
• Assess the actual progress of work against the planned programs, and report to the section manager any obstacles or delays may occur.
• Take the appropriate steps/control measures to ensure safety discipline of works force at the station.
• Coordinate internally with the owner/contractor representatives and take timely corrective actions in all the station matters.
• Ensure the quality, health, safety and environment policies are effectively implemented in the station.
• Ensure the successful completion of tasks identified in line with the approved drawings, the specifications, construction programs and the project HSE management plan.
• Coordinate with the subordinate staff to manage the works in accordance with the planned schedule and liaise for effective coordination & execution of the site activities.

• Leading a team of 2 senior site engineers, 2 site engineers, 1 supervisor and a team of foremen in Al Mesaha station.
• Allocate/deploy workers according to the station requirements.
• Assess the actual progress of work against the planned programs, and report to the section manager any obstacles or delays may occur.
• Assess the manpower, equipment and other resources required to achieve the milestone/target dates.
• Take the appropriate steps/control measures to ensure safety discipline of works force at the station.
• Coordinate internally with the owner/consultant representatives and take timely corrective actions in all the station matters.
• Coordinate externally with the Giza traffic department, district, utilities authorities and any governmental authorities to facilitate the station construction activities.
• Ensure the quality, health, safety and environment policies are effectively implemented in the station.
• Ensure the successful completion of tasks identified in line with the drawings, the specifications, construction programs and the project HSE management plan.
• Coordinate with the subordinate staff and execute the works in accordance with the planned schedule and liaise for effective coordination & execution of the site activities.
• Ensure the optimum utilization of manpower and materials for the resourceful completion of the station.
• Coordinate the activities of the approved suppliers, manufacturers and subcontractors for timely execution of the contract works.
• Responsible for carrying out the procurement requests as per the station needs.
• Coordinate with QA/QC team to fulfil the quality scope together with the inspection and test requirement of the project.
• Identify and co-prepare the method statement, procedures and details of the project items of work and when required.
• Liaise with the consultant’s site representative on day-to-day construction matters.
• Complete the assigned area within the specified constraints of time and budgeted cost.
• Accountable for the safety and welfare of the workforce employed at the sites and the proper work environment.

✓ Reinforcement works.
✓ RMD formwork, DOKA formwork, regular formwork and box outs.
✓ Embedded parts installation.
✓ Water stop installation.
✓ Concrete works and finishing.
• Sharing the site manager to prepare the three weeks look ahead schedule.
• Dealing with the procurement, contracting and the cost controlling departments to cover the site requirements (purchasing and renting).
• Controlling the production rates and the recovery plans.
• Coordinating with the technical office for any conflict between the drawings and the site.
• Coordination of works between different crafts, subcontractors and service sections.
• Control of all safety matters in the sites.

• Lead a team (3 engineers, 1 supervisor, 2 general foremen and 12 foremen).
• Responsible for all works in the NAVIGATION LOCKS and the EAST SLUICE WAY.

• Worked in sites TBM Shaft, Cut & Cover zone, Cairo Fair and Rescue Shaft.
