Strategic and Managerial Responsibilities:
 Developing and implementing data strategy and governance plans.
 Ensure data is available, reliable, consistent, accessible, secure, and timely to support the
mission and activities of STCSC.
• Plans and delivers Business Intelligence strategies, and ensures that they are fit for the
purpose and goals of the organization.
 Identify new business opportunities through more effective and creative use of data.
• Participates in the development of budget as guided by the direct senior, and ensures that
the targets are met.
• Manages projects and initiatives, as may be required by the direct senior.

Business Intelligence:
• Oversees the implementation of system changes to ensure their efficiency and timeliness.
• Contributes to data modelling and data standardization, and ensures the adoption of
consistent processes and methodologies.
• Identifies gaps in capabilities of standard systems.
People Management Responsibilities:
• defining goals and key performance indicators for each member of the team and ensures
effective application of the STCSC performance management process.
• Planning and selection of the IT Application manpower, in line with the business and
operational plans

• Technical management and Administration of SAP Business Objects Platform, including CMC, CCM, and auditing databases.
• Promoting content between multiple Business Object environments.
• Coordination and administration of Business Objects security requirements.
• Analyze and contribute of defining the business requirements, metrics and KPIs.
• Understand the functional requirements from FDD and HLD documents.
• Writing complex SQL and PL/SQL code using Teradata SQL assistant.
• Creating a Business Objects Universe using the IDT&UDT.
• Developing web intelligence reports and dashboards using SAP Business Object (BO), Microstrategy, and Tableau.
• Developing a procedure & specification document to handle business request on data warehouse.
• Designing ETL jobs using abinitio.
• Part of Daily stand-up with Project team to discuss daily activity as we follow Agile/Scrum.

Progressed from Mortgage Sales Executive to Team Leader and was part of the team that worked on Managing Mortgage applications and providing ongoing customer contact and supporting through the entire loan application process.
