Formulation and implementation of HR Policies/process
• Organization structuring and restructuring
• Ensures that appropriate records are maintained for staff personnel
• Helps ensure that company is in compliance with current applicable Kuwait employment regulations and laws.
• Complies financial and business transaction data from source documents to prepare computer-input forms for processing.
• Monitors the new hire process, to ensure that all steps are completed, in accordance with established policies & procedures & that an appropriate number of qualified staff are hired & trained to meet the needs of the organization.
• Ensures that company rules & guidelines are followed with respect to human resource issues.
• To build a performance culture by designing and implementing Performance Management System consisting of goal setting, periodical performance reviews, performance appraisal, post appraisal counseling and rewards.
• Arranging induction training for new employees to ensure familiarity with work place.
• Planning and conducting organization wide training and development programs.
• Maintains confidentiality of all staff information
Additional Duties & Responsibilities : (Performed occasionally in addition to the essential duties)
• Works towards continuous improvement of tasks and systems
• Provide management with new suggestions and ideas related best HR Practices
