• Led the Procurement and Contracts Department to tender, award and administrate contracts for materials and services to furnish and operate Naufar project (valued at QAR 863 Million) including purchase of furniture, fixtures, medical equipment, spa, gym, laundry and kitchen equipment valued at more than QAR 100 Million.
• Tendered and administrated operational services contracts for building maintenance, security, food and beverage, cleaning, IT, outsourcing and other miscellaneous services as per an annual operational budget of QAR 87 Million (excluding payroll).
• Processes all tenders and purchase requisitions with the Tendering and Auction Committee of the Ministry of Public Health as per the regulation of the Public Tendering Law of the state of Qatar and coordinates all tendering activities between the committee, bidders and end- user departments.
• Established Small Tenders Committee for processing all tenders up to the value of QAR 200, 000 and currently a member and rapporteur of the committee.
• Established standard tender documents and contract templates in coordination with internal legal department and the Ministry of Justice as per the regulation of the Public Tendering Law of the State of Qatar.
• Drafted and implemented authority matrix for Procurement functions and established processes and forms for all sourcing activities.
• Led the implementation of the SAP Materials Management Module in the organization to transform all the previous manual and paper transaction into the SAP ERP system as of January 2018.
• Assigned the role of Acting Administration Lead reporting to Chief Executive Officer to supervise the Human Resources and Finance Departments in coordination with the HoDs (Jan 2019 - June 2021).
