Achievements:-

•Monitor the performance of the collection specialists against the KPI’s that set by the management and give appropriate feedback to the specialist(s) if these KPI’s are not met.
•Evaluate the collections calls to ensure that the Quality standards are met and give feedback to the specialist(s) if required.
•Make sure that the TNPS for the Collections Team is met and work closely with the Quality Assurance Department to improve / enhance it if needed.
•Handle the Consumer VIP and High Segment of Enterprise accounts to ensure the payment of the overdue amounts.
•Make sure that the collections activities are consistent with Customers Experience by making sure that the Dunning Actions are done on time and appropriately.
•Review new Propositions and Products to identify credit risk associated and agreeing on a plan with the Stakeholders to mitigate it.
•Work closely with Credit Control Department to identify the delinquent accounts more than 90+ days and Blacklist these customers so they will not avail a new credit from the company in the future.
•Lead and motivate both Onshore and Offshore teams (15 analysts + 2 Team Leaders). Train and mentor collection analysts on customer interaction, product knowledge, and customer service.
•Responsible for their regular 1x1 and coaching in order to boost up their performance and show interests in their individual development as their manager.
•Review client accounts on an ongoing basis to asses collectability of receivables and to head off potential problem accounts.
•Assist in special projects as required by senior management.
