1. Installation & Commissioning
◦ Install equipment and systems at customer locations
◦ Perform system commissioning and testing
◦ Ensure installations meet technical specifications and safety standards
2. Maintenance & Support
◦ Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment
◦ Troubleshoot and diagnose technical problems
◦ Perform routine inspections and service checks
◦ Replace faulty components and parts
3. Customer Interaction
◦ Provide technical support and guidance to customers
◦ Train customers on equipment operation and maintenance
◦ Document service visits and maintain service records
◦ Respond to customer service requests promptly
4. Technical Expertise
◦ Understand product specifications and technical documentation
◦ Keep knowledge current with product updates and new technologies
◦ Provide technical recommendations and solutions
5. Safety & Compliance
◦ Follow all safety protocols and regulations
◦ Ensure work sites meet health and safety standards
◦ Maintain compliance with company policies
6. Documentation
◦ Complete service reports and technical documentation
◦ Update work orders and maintenance logs
◦ Maintain accurate equipment records
7. Travel
◦ Travel to multiple customer sites as needed
◦ Manage time effectively across various location
