Currently I am working as Customer Support Engineer with IMTAC LLC for the implementation and management of e-Tendering Project of Tender Board and ITA, Sultanate of Oman.
About Project: This is one of the national e-Governance projects of Oman, to implement the e-
Tendering services for the 55 Entities of Oman, including Tender Board. Through this, ministries can
publish and award their Internal Tenders (Less than 1 Million OMR) without Tender Board approval, but the tenders above 1 Million OMR are processed through GTB for approval and award.
Job Responsibilities: As a part of help desk, giving L1 support to companies as well as to Tender Board officials, which
include: Maintain the good relationship with the Tender Board and companies by best of my services
Offline guidance to companies about the documents required in the registration process
Guidance to companies in filling the online forms for registration
Online remote support through Team-Viewer
Supporting Tender Board users in the use of system and troubleshooting for any issues
Giving support to companies in bidding process
Reporting the issues to higher level for escalation
Helping the tender publishing entities for Tendering publishing process
Do the functional testing of the application for the existing functionalities and new enhancements
