Responsible for organising and leading a team and developing and delivering the company’s Sales and Marketing strategy within Dubai Region.
In charge of ensuring that existing and new customer relationships are strengthened to continue to grow, and that revenue and profit targets are achieved. Although office-based, also required to spend a considerable amount of time visiting sales teams in the field.
Duties
Generating new business by leveraging existing relationships, prospecting, conducting market analysis and launching campaigns.
Maximising sales performance through delivering an exceptional customer experience, people management and cost control.
Developing and maintaining efficient & effective reporting systems for tracking prospects from initial enquiry through to close.
Identifying and developing sustainable relationships with key accounts at both strategic and tactical level.
Recruiting, training and developing new sales and marketing teams.
Driving and managing the entire sales process - targeting to top prospects, identifying client solutions, negotiating and closing.
Acting as a role model for junior staff by setting high standards through personal behaviour and actions.
Ensuring staff comply with all company policies, processes and procedures, and addressing any shortfalls.
Managing, Developing and supervising all operations in the company included but not limited to specification, estimation, execution, business relationship, Sales target & Finance .
Managing, Supervising and executing vary project with vary Clients in Abu Dhabi, Specially CMW, In Both Industrial and building Construction Sector .
A project consist of six building of (G+6) for each, Dubai investment park, Composite Pre- Cast and cast in situe project

200 million project value.
Managing, Supervising and executing Construction activities in accordance to the approve Drawings, Material, Method of statement and shop drawings . Through my project engineers .

- Inspection of site work, Mock up, safety regulation and materials delivery .
- Reviewing of Contractor submittal in accordance to project Specification, Drawings, BOQ and Contract Clauses.
- Reviewing of Shop Drawings and method Statement .
- Issuing SI, NCR, SO to the Contractor when ever need.
- write a Contractual letter to the Contractor .
- Reviewing and monitoring project Timing scheduled .
-Reviewing and monitoring Contractor man/hour .
-Reviewing NCR Closer by main contractor .
Project Execution for two projects
- Execution of Elementary school in Fujairah for Ministry of Public works .
- Execution of 7 Star Hotel, DAMAS with Value of 680 Million AED .
Maintenance of 72 Schools and 3 Hospitals .
