1- scopes the technical solution required to address customer requirements, assesses customers’ met and unmet needs, and recommends solutions that optimize value for both the customer and the firm.

9. Prepare RFPs, bid proposals, contracts, scope of work reports, and other documentation for infrastructure projects and associated efforts
10. Assist with the planning and deployment of infrastructure security measures
11. Define hardware and software standards in conjunction with owners and stakeholders
12. Test server performance and provide network performance statistics and reports
13. Ensure high availability and disaster recovery (DR) implementation for identified systems based on RTO and RPO
14. Plan and coordinate date center operations and assure that all data centers are synchronized according to high availability and disaster recovery plan
15. Develop and implement all functional policies and procedures including database standards, SLA and RDBMS roles
16. Responsible for the design and product testing of computer systems
17. Manage product lifecycles to maintain vendor support, maintenance contracts and software licensing compliance as well as needed updates/upgrade
