• Acquainted with PLC, DCS, ESD and F&G
• Acquainted with mechanical equipments like pumps, compressors and etc.
• Simulation of chemical processes using Hysys and Aspen software
• Ability To Design Distillation Towers(Tray And Packed)
• Ability To Design Heat Exchanger
• Ability to Troubleshooting of Distillation units
• Acquainted with Elecrolizer and recombiner process and facilties.
• Ability to complete Process Equipment Datasheets
• Ability to comlete Process Equipment Logsheets
• Abilty to design Production Monitoring Software
• Ability to manage personnel in an operation unit or Process Desing Unit
• Ability to Opimizing Unit Production With minitab software.
• Production and revision of process maps(PFD, P&ID…)
• Acquainted with Cause & Effect Block Diagram of safety systems including Fire & Gas and ESD
• Experience instarting up mechanical equipment such as: pumps and compressors, etc.
• Acquainted and supervision of the operation of operational units, including water and wastewater treatment and reverse osmosis methods), steam production, cooling towers, air and nitrogen production and solving their process problems
