• Preparing and following up with the talent management team on the training calendar to ensure timely communication of training programs offered within Egyptian Steel.
• Evaluating and updating the existing training programs and provide suggestion to Talent Manager for development of the existing training program.
• Search for suitable consultants and trainers to conduct training in specific topics and assist in identifying suitable courses curriculums and educational institutions in order to best enhance employee effectiveness.
• Create Training Log and Training database and maintain up to date database records to all our current trainings and providers.
• Prepare Monthly, Quarterly and Annual reports for the learning and development department.
• Participated in implementing the first module of the success factors project (Goal Management and Performance management cycle).
• Act as an HR Key user to all HR functions concerning SAP and handle any existing errors or requirements related to HR Solutions in SAP in coordination with the SAP HCM/HRIS Section Head.
• Act as focal point of communication for success factors between HR functions by being familiar with the linkage of the HR system between all modules and ensure that all data is available for the next phase of integration which will be submitted by the project manager.
• Participate in Designing and Assessing employees in the development center as required by performing necessary pre-approved steps and tasks. (Certified)
• Follow up on offers and agreements with all the universities, discuss costs and causes, recommend proposals to be chosen and finalize renewing offers.
• Perform other related duties incidental to the work described herein or required by the Talent Management Manager.
• Participating with the recruitment team in representing the company in any job fair.
• Working in various projects indirectly with subsidiaries related to Egyptian Steel Group.
• Managing and following up on the new generation program engineers through Preparing induction checklist, schedules, timeline and reports for each phase of this program or any incidental reports requested by the top management. • Generate Analysis report based on close monitoring to Success factors on Goals implementation and appraisal forms process follow up
• Implementing and following up on any new development programs inside the organization such as: Future leaders, Summer training internships.
• Initiated a new process for promotion cycle using the talent grid tool (Performance Vs Potential).
Marketing different types of products to customers in UK.
Documents transactions by completing forms and record logs.
