• Work as a suppliers accountant(account payable):
• Supervise the purchasing department on the amount of goods and the prices to ensure the accuracy of the invoices and the purchasing orders.
• Make a regularly correspondence with the suppliers to ensure the accuracy of their accounts.
• Enter and upload the invoices of the suppliers into system
• Document the Permanent supplier's prices
• Recording the outgoing Diary of stores
• Doing a regular inventory on the stores and fixed assets
• Work as a financial accountant:
• Recording daily receipts and payments in cash or checks,
• Recording and monitoring the movement of checks and writing a due checks on the company,
• Review the company account at the bank( The collection of checks, deposit, withdrawal, payment bills),
• Doing an inventory on the checks and treasury
