Bee’ah is managing the Sharjah Municipality Solid waste including plastics, electrical apparatus, computers and office waste, Old Corrugated Cartons, Mixed Paper & metal waste, by the way of recycling and marketing such waste through a comprehensive marketing plan.

Bee'ah project is 3 Phases project:
 Phase 1: Core Functionality from Oct 2013 to July 2014. Implement the FI/CO, MM, SD, HR, ESS & MSS plus development & a few dashboards.
 Phase 2: SAP PM, PP, PS, DMS & CRM from Sep 2014 to Jan 2015. Integration with the Waste Management system.
 Phase 3: Mobility Solutions: Integration of mobile applications: Inventory Manager, Work Manager, Leave Request, HR Approval, Cart Approval, Learning Assistant, Manager Insight & CRM Sales.

 Managing FueTech SAP Service offering & technical proposals for the following projects:
 Implement the new Computerize Maintenance Management System (CMMS) for Saudi Electricity Company (SEC). SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) module is required to implement the new SEC CMMS solution. PM comprises the following activities: Inspection, Preventive maintenance, Repair, Other measures taken using the maintenance organization and Integration with other SAP Modules.
 Implementing the SAP solution using the SAP All-In-One covering the SAP modules FI/CO, AA, MM to Cairo Dyeing Center (CDC) located in the industrial zone of the 10th of Ramadan City.
 Implementing PO & PM Web Self Service Project for Al Marai Corporation. The scope of this project is intended to extracts the SAP data into the integration layer using iNet BI and iNet BPS and subsequent loading into the SQL Server environment to be displayed and written in SAP using BAPIs and report programs.

Responsibilities
 Implementing the ERP/CRM billing solution for the Federal Electricity & Water Authority (FEWA) which is turnkey 2 Phases project plus 5 years support project:
 Phase 1: Core Functionality from Jan 2010 to Dec 2010. Implement the FI/CO/FM, MM, SRM, HR (Except E-Recruitment and Performance Appraisal) and Enterprise Portal (EP).
 Phase 2: billing & Customer Care from Jan 2011 to Dec 2011. Implement the Billing, Debtors Ledger (mass billing), Metering (Households and Industry.& Comm. Customers), Business Intelligence, Energy Management, Plant Maintenance (Work Management), CRM and HR (E-recruitment & Performance Appraisal).
 Providing overall project Integration management, testing strategy, interfaces, cut over plan, to the project teams (functional and technical) to deliver the integrated solution defined in the project scope and plan.

 Project Overview: Business Communication systems (BCOMM) project is supporting 13 subsystems related to EDS communications. The Network Access Control On-line System or NACOS, is an automated front end requesting system for supporting the EDS*NET architecture by maintaining security databases at the central and backup central, home and application sites. Site support extends to alternate platforms such as UNIX and WEB sites to maintain the Net Id now designated as the global identifier for EDS. The NACOS production support project exists to maintain the NACOS processing environment, and provide Information Analyst and Project Management expertise to accomplish that goal
