- This includes new neighborhood parks, empty plots, parking lots, and also includes the open spaces
within/next to public buildings such as mosques, schools, medical facilities, colleges, etc .
- Landscape construction is also sought for streetscapes which encompass internal roads within the
neighborhood boundaries.
- Extend to the construction of tertiary irrigation water infrastructure to be tied to tapping points of the citywide
Treated Sewage Effluent (TSE) distribution system being constructed concurrently by others.
- Improvements component of this project is to upgrade and renovate existing building fronts to create a
pleasing and harmonious similarity to the district in compliance with the principles and requirements of the
“Salmaniah Building Code”.
