Managing treasury team to provide accurate & reliable treasury services.
• Ensuring Shell policies & procedures are followed.
• Maintaining existing relationships with banks and financial institutions and assist in the development of new relationships with new banks.
• Optimizing group portfolio & managing cash position.
• Ensure relevant Credit \[KPIs\] Key Performance Indicators for \[NA\] North Africa region are within range.
• Act as Egypt credit focal point.
• Carryout NA credit release for held orders according to both Shell policy and \[MOA\] Manual of Authority.
• Drive on \[ESSA\] Eliminate Standardize Simplifies and Automates.

·Maintain existing relationships with banks and financial institutions and assist in the development of new relationships with new banks and institutions.
·Use tools against the foreign exchange and interest rate risks.
·Provide information/input to the Treasury Manager in relation to budgetary requirements for treasury operations.
·Help to monitor the group’s cash management including preparation of the cash flow forecasts and the cash positions of the subsidiaries. Participate in the development of treasury policies and procedures, and be a part of their proper implementation.
·Handling al the cash flow procedures in alignment with active due dates.
.Assist in ensuring prompt resolution of discrepancies and problems with banking transactions and charges.
.Revise Group credit limits and other agreements with banks as required.
.Perform other duties as assigned by the Treasury Manager
