- Execute works activities as per company approved QA/QC plan.
- Perform safety instructions as prescribed by safety manuals.
- Deliver approved quality objectives for requirement of resources and decisions.
- Depth Study of drawings, specifications and provide technical clearance to subordinates such as site engineers / site foremen.
- Follow up with consultant for material/subcontractors submittal and approval on time in coordination with main office QA/QC section.
- Follow up with consultant/client for any clearance prior to stoppage of works.
- Timely submission of clarification if found any variance with drawings and actual site condition.
- Produce sufficient data for Variation Orders and timely communicate to client in coordination with Estimation section.
- Timely submission of invoices and follow up with consultant for approval up to release of money compliance with cash flow prescribe by planning section.
- Define the project materials, man power and equipment needed to finish the works on time without delays.
- Ensure the latest drawing issued to site and previous “VOID” according to ISO 9001:2000.
- Ensure non-conformity issued after rejection of any materials.
- Proceed Internal supply Orders (ISO) at least before 1 week from the date of material needs and forwarded it to the Main Office for approval.
- Follow up with purchasing until finalization of requested ISO and items delivery, and report any delay.
- Follow up with subcontractor for delivery of material on time.
- Make sure that all the monitoring/measuring equipment used in the Project are calibrated as mentioned in the approved procedure.
- Make sure that all employees in the project are following the safety requirements as per company Safety Policy.
- Initiate the Fast Accident Report immediately when any accident/incident noticed.
- Make sure that the housekeeping issues were implemented in different locations in the site.
- Attend the weekly management meeting and follow up the action assigned on the specified dates without any delays.
- Attend the periodic meetings with the Client/Consultant as required from their side and keep minutes of meeting.
- Governance and oversight of all project activities and assigned work responsibilities to site engineers and foremen.
- Take proactive leadership role to improve process improvement programs in all areas of project delivery and management.
- Mentoring of works execution in terms of quality required and scheduled time.
- Ensure that the project addressed overall objectives and program executed on time without waste and delay.
- Prepare recovery schedule to meet the original plan if delay founds.
- Ensure subcontractors payment forwarded on timely manner considering sufficient safety margin.
- Conduct evaluation of subcontractors who completed the assigned task.
- Immediate Forward any evaluation to purchasing in order to aware subcontractors/suppliers performance for further corrective actions.
- Coordinate with the Main Store and Purchasing for material order and delivery on site.
- Conduct staff evaluation twice a year.

- Present and sell company products and services to current and potential clients.

- Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and to project the number of contacts to be made.
- Prepare presentations, proposals and sales contracts.
- Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships.
- Prepare a variety of status reports, including activity, closings, follow-up, and adherence to goals.
- Communicate new product and service opportunities, special developments, information, or feedback gathered through field activity to appropriate company staff.
- Coordinate company staff to accomplish the work required to close sales.

** Pre-Opening Stage: ( Site Engineer - MEP )
In-Site Work with construction company engineers - SBG / Saudi Bin Laden Group - during Construction & Installation, hand over, testing and commissioning period to finalize and receive all Electro-Mechanical and Finishing works. Ensure that all work done was in accordance to the applicable codes and company standards. Work Areas Include:
1. HVAC Systems
2. Refrigeration (Cold Rooms & Freezers)
3. Plumbing Works & Systems
4. Firefighting system
5. Fire alarm system
6. Electrical Systems
7. Low Voltage
8. Elevators and escalators installations.
9. Kitchens & Laundry Equipment’s Installations, supplies, maintenance & preventive maintenance.
** Opening & Operation Stage: ( R&M Engineer )
1. Assure all systems operation stability and reliability. Responsible for the proper operation of the buildings.
2. Assists Repair and Maintenance Team in all aspects of the operation as requested.
3. Performs a routine inspection of engineering areas on a daily basis and provides a checklist of the walk through and follows up by taking appropriate actions.
4. In absence of the Chief Engineer, assumes appropriate duties.
5. Responsible for the maintenance of the buildings and all machinery. Plans yearly maintenance of equipment.
6. Personally supervises hazardous work; ensures all safety regulations are strictly observed.
7. Controls and closely monitors all utility consumption to ensure optimum utility usage by all departments in the hotel.
8. Assist the Chief Engineer with annual evaluations of all P/O operation section employees.
9. Attends and contributes to all Meetings as required.
10. Instill the Training philosophies of the company and work closely with the Training Manager and Departmental Trainers. Develop and assist with training activities focused on improving skills and knowledge.
