Working for AD engineering Co. as project manager To supervise the construction of the Social insurance office in Najran (under the Ministry of Labor and social Development )
Project cost = 12, 928, 424 SAR
Project time = 30 months
Includes the main building and annex buildings with a total area = 6000 m2
Work in Coordination and monitoring of city projects office in Riyadh Municipality, ministry of municipal and rural affairs, my tasks as the following:-
Field control on the excavation work and monitor standard traffic safety for infrastructures and roads projects in Riyadh ( QC & safety engineer )
Working for Saudi consulting services(S C S)
as network engineer in the third industrial city in Dammam phase 1 ( area of project = 20, 000, 000 m2, cost = 600 million SR )
Client ( MODON ) and programme manager Dar Al Riyadh ( DAR )
My tasks are supervision for the following:-
1- Potable water network ( HDPE PIPES length = 78610 m, DIA from 200 TO 710 mm ) ( INFRA )
A- RESERVOIR capacity = 25000 m3 ( construction )
B- Pump stations (construction )
2- Irrigation water network ( HDPE PIPES length = 86236 m, DIA FROM 125 TO 630 mm )
3- Storm drainage network ( UPVC length = 1734 m DIA from 250 to 300 mm, GRP length = 25325 m DIA from 350 to 800 mm , box conduits length = 29521 m, perforated pipes UPVC length = 62442 m DIA 160 mm , swales, bonds, gullies, catch basins, soakaways, GRP manholes ) ( INFRA )
4- Foul drainage network ( UPVC length = 35871 m DIA from 150 to 315 mm, GRP length = 7271 m DIA from 400 to 700 mm, force main lines HDPE length = 9182 m DIA from 200 to 630 mm ) ( INFRA )
A- GRP manholes
B- Pump stations ( construction )
Responsibilities:
1- submittals review (materials and shop drawings)
2- inspect different structure and architectural items as per contractor RFI
3- chair weekly meeting with contractor to discuss quality and performance issues
4- issue NCR & JSI
5- review contractor payment certificate
6- evaluate and asses contractor claims
7- prepare weekly and monthly reports as per communication plan
8- monitor contractor performance against planned time schedule
9- review as built drawing
Working for abunayyan group in ( ICDOC )industrial cities development and operating COMPANY ( in KSA ) as Project Manager of the first industrial city in Dammam in development and operating project ( BOT SYSTEM ) as the following :-
1- Executing reverse osmosis plant ( RO) capacity 2000 m3/day ( construction )
2- executing Potable water network with length 20 km used HDPE pipes ( INFRA )
3- executing factories connection for ( sewage, potable and industrial water )
4- Drilling 2 water wells
5- Operation and maintenance for water & sewage networks, wells, RO plant, ground & elevated tank, flow meters
6- rebuilding several building ( construction )
7- From 20/5/2014 to 25/9/2014 work as plant manager in ALHASA for MBR, RO, wells and networks
Responsibilities:
1- Prepare risk assessments
2- Submit materials, shop drawings and RFI
3- Obtain quotations and then prepare a purchase order ( PO )
4- Follow-up to the suppliers to supply material according to the schedule
5- prepare the payment certificate
6- prepare weekly and monthly reports as per communication plan
7- monitor performance of manpower and subcontractors regarding baseline planned time schedule
8- submit the as built drawing
Worked as civil engineer for Sewear municipal in KSA ( Elgouf - Skaka ) enterprise surveys and supervise the following projects :-
1. Water network and accessories with elevated water tank ( construction ) used upvc pipes
2. Prevention Of Danger of Rain Stream Drainage projects ( construction )
3. Asphalting, pavement and lighting projects ( ROADS )
4. Executing Zaloum Bridge length 150 meter ( construction )
5. Executing garage building of Sewear municipal ( construction )
6. Fencing and construction cemetery and washing dead building ( construction )
Responsibilities:
1- Prepare survey of projects, quantities takeoff and Reference estimate,
2- submittals review (materials and shop drawings)
3- inspect different structure and architectural items as per contractor RFI

Worked for Fawzi Abdou Ali Office for General Contracting as sub-contractor for ( General Elnasr for contracting ) as site roads engineer in the following projects :-
• Asphalting of the tourism center in tourist villages area in Hourgada
• Executing the ring road around Hourgada
• executing Cornish road in marsa alm
• executing the last phase of the ring road around Cairo from Ghataty bridge to 6 October road behind Dream Land City
Responsibilities:
1- prepare levels of layers with required slop
2- equipment operation with preparation of operating report for each equipment ( working hours - diesel consumption - oil consumption - production ) and compare the production with working hours and compare also the consumption of diesel and oil with working hours
3- prepare the cross sections of roads then quantities survey
4- prepare shop drawing and RFI
5- prepare weekly and monthly reports as per communication plan
6- monitor performance of manpower and subcontractors regarding baseline planned time schedule
7- submit the as built drawing
