-Responsible for preparing/updating Baseline programs and Master Schedules in Primavera P6
with Resource Loaded.
- Responsible for developing and Submitting Weekly reports, S-curves, dashboards, Monthly
report, material, and manpower histograms to the Client and /or project manager.
-Responsible for submitting E.O.T and delay analysis.
-Involved in weekly progress meetings with the Consultant and Management Teams to
negotiate and settle site progress, commercial, issues, and contractual matters
Projects:
- RO unit foundation and steel structure in Emethanex in Damietta.
- Discharge structure in WEST DAMIETTA POWER PROJECT PHASE II.
- Concrete Tanks in both ALSHABAB POWER PROJECT PAHSE II and WEST DAMIETTA POWER PROJECT PHASE II as subcontractor for Techint for Engineering and Construction.
- Saint Gobain main office finishing in Cairo Festival City.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Prepare the project baseline using (Primavera P6)
- Prepare monthly and weekly progress reports and KPI's for all items in the project
- Update the baseline with actual progress on site
- Prepare Delay analysis Report and Claims
The project was several civil works in Upper Egypt Gas
