• Focusing on Software details, understanding full systems' cycles, implementing full cycle testing, checking the quality attributes and analyzing/evaluating the business logic of the tested software.

• Supervising test reports and managing the test reporting process among other members by using the bug tracking & Change requests spaces on the bug tracker.
• Discussing the applied test procedures and the reported test results with the Software Development Manager to ensure their correctness and completeness and ensure that the required suitable actions are covered.
• Tracking, following up and coordinating any project, updates, changes, major problems, incidents, obstacles, and requests with other team members and other related teams (Development & Support teams).
• Reviewing Software Requirements Specifications and design document, and conducting the test gaps analysis.
• Conducting and Following up the training plan for new team members.
• Working with direct supervisor to plan, schedule, and track tasks for the team.
• Supervising and training junior team members and providing informational assistance on an ongoing basis.
• Experience in creation, maintenance and execution of manual test cases.
• Arranging the purchase and pricing of food and beverages according to budget
• Managing direct sales and profitability of high-image full service restaurant and bar, generating up to 240, 000$ annual sales for the bar and over 2, 500, 000 $ annual sales for the restaurant
•Selecting, training and supervising bar staff.
•Cultivating long term, stable staff with team-player philosophies
